48V & 12V Lithium Battery Repair & Restoration
Is your vehicle showing a battery warning or won’t start? We restore 12V and 48V lithium batteries safely, reliably, and to OEM standards.
What We Do
• Full diagnostics with dealer tools (ODIS / ISTA / XENTRY, PIWIS)
• Unlocking and restoring batteries after deep discharge or crash
• Cell balancing, calibration & BMS software update
• Coding, adaptation & post-repair testing
Safe. Reliable. Dealer-level quality.
pOPULAR BRANDS
We service lithium battery systems used across the leading German and performance brands — from mild-hybrid 48V platforms to modern 12V lithium starter modules. Our experience covers a full range of premium vehicles, from luxury sedans and high-performance SUVs to GT and supercar models.

Common Faults & Symptoms
Modern 12V and 48V lithium systems are highly sensitive to voltage imbalance, crash events, or long storage periods. When a fault occurs, the vehicle may enter a protection or lockout mode — disabling the starter system, hybrid functions, or even ignition.
- 48V system error or “Battery malfunction” message displayed on the dashboard.
- Engine won’t start or shows “Increased battery discharge” despite a fully charged auxiliary battery.
EQ Boost / ISG / MHEV functions inactive — no hybrid assist or regenerative braking.
- System locked after crash or deep discharge, requiring software-level reactivation.
- Loss of communication with BMS or control module, often caused by voltage drop or isolation fault.
Most “dead” systems can be restored without replacement.
